Like you, I kept telling myself &quot;400-600 calories a day, you an do this!!!&quot; I ate like crap (still do) and went back to *almost* pre-pregnancy weight pretty quickly... especially since I haven&#39;t exercised since like &#39;08.<br /><br />Hang in there!
