Ours only goes about 2 feet before it dies these days. I haven't used it in months (although I think we've had it for maybe 2 years?). I think they can be repaired--I keep meaning to look into that.
I've heard mixed reviews on its durability. For that much money, I'd want some kind of 2 or 3 year warranty. I just don't see how the roomba is able to get into corners and stuff?
We have one. Our first one was named Swashbuckler and he posed with us in our Christmas cards two years ago. He passed away shortly thereafter. :( He was replaced by Scallywagg. We heart him so.
I was born in Connecticut on January 31, 1979. It was likely cold and gray that day. In September 1997 I moved out to sunny California with the hopes of finding independence and happiness. I found both.

I have one.
But it is an unopened box, so I don't know if it's any good.
No, wait. I don't have it anymore. I re-gifted it.
This was a useless comment.

I'm dying at weemo's comment.
I've always wanted one of these but am too cheap to spend that much $$.

I don't have one but have always wanted one. However, I don't have carpet anymore and don't really need one. Another useless comment.

Hmm...not a lot of useful comments on here, bc I always wanted one. Amber, did Scallywagg fare better than Swashbuckler?
