But enough of being a downer. We're buying a bigger place! Woot! I'm not posting any pictures yet because it kinda sucks right now. It's only 6 years old, so nothing is majorly wrong, except for the current owners' clutter and style problem. Nothing a few professional painters and cleaners and flooring people can't handle, I suppose. Let's hope, anyway.
That's all I've got. I'm hoping life will be a little less stressful now that we've decided on a place and found a tenant to rent out our current place. Moving will blow, but at least we're moving because we want to, and not because we have to.
I'm going to miss my neighbors though. Here's to hoping that I'm not about to live next to some redneck gun-loving, backwards NRA-ers. No offense to any of my readers, of course.

I'll never forget "that" bumper sticker. Ack! But it's a beautiful neighborhood, and still within biking distance. YAY!
hey, at least you know where the grocery stores are, gym, your commute, etc.
can't wait to see pics once you've FGD'ed it up!
The way I see it, the crappier the "before" looks, the better your "after" looks in comparison. Congrats on purchasing a house!
I'm going to laugh when Sarah Palin moves in.
what d said, minus the biking part.
You know what this means? Housewarming party, woot woot!
i'm just seething with jealousE that you've actually found something you can be happy with.

Congrats on the house! It's a stepping stone to the palace of your dreams someday :)
